I understand the following house rules:*

I will be nice, open and respectful to my host family and follow all house rules.

I will keep my space clean and tidy.

I cannot invite friends, guests or relatives to my homestay without permission from my host family.

I must pay my host family $10 per week for using the wifi.

I understand that laundry is once per week.

I understand that the shower rule is around 5 minutes.

I need to let Student Services know with 2 (two) weeks notice if I want to do one of the following:*

I want to move out of my homestay early. There is no refund for 4 weeks' homestay fee if I leave early.

I want to extend my homestay. I agree to pay my fees at UEC before the extension period.

I want to change my homestay. I am aware that I need to pay a new Accommodation Placement Fee of $330.
