The Universal English College campus is a fully equipped, modern campus in the middle of Sydney city. It’s on Level 8 and Level 7 of a modern business high rise building. The classrooms and breakout space are full of natural light from the large windows in every room.
Getting to the campus
Your campus is located in the heart of the Sydney central business district – the CBD – right next to the World Square shopping centre. Town Hall train station is only 5 minutes’ walk away. Museum station is also about 5 minutes’ walk away. Central Station is a 15 minute walk. There is a light rail stop less than 5 minutes’ walk away and lots of buses from suburbs and areas without trains or light rail are all around the city and only a few minutes away.
Check in at reception
When you first arrive, come to level 8 and come to the Reception desk. You’ll be greeted by a Student Support team member who will help you check in. Please bring your passport the first time you come.
The breakout space
Your Orientation will be in the level 8 breakout space. It has lots of seating, a kitchen, a vending machine, and computers. You can leave your lunch in the fridge in the morning, heat it in one of the microwaves, and then relax and eat and chat with classmates during your breaks. There is a vending machine here for snacks as well.
There is another breakout space and a table tennis table down on level 7.
Your classrooms and facilities
UEC’s campus has 25 modern classrooms that all have lots of natural light from the windows and are set up for hybrid teaching and learning. There are break out spaces and kitchen facilities on each floor.
