UEC conducts Orientation in the morning of the first day of your course at 9:15am.
At this session you will meet our Student Services Advisor and receive information about:
- Studying at UEC
- Your Timetable
- Using our online platform Moodle
- Student Support Services
- Enrolment Procedures
- The range of services available to International Students

Frequently Asked Questions
Is attendance for orientation compulsory?
Yes. All students are required to attend orientation! The session includes mandatory information for International Students. It is also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have before you join class.
When will I hear about my orientation?
Complete information about Orientation will be sent to you by email one week before your course start date.
I am overseas, how can I join orientation?
Students who are joining online study will be invited to join the session via ZOOM. This link will be sent to you one week before your course start date.
